The so called KT-LCD3 display I bought was a knockoff. It only had two setup parameters, and I could only access the setup once. The KT controller got hot as soon as I tried to use it. Due to the myriad of overseas manufacturers (you know where I mean) and the quality of some, it is difficult to mix and match and get something usable. I suppose the best method would be to stick to the bikes manufacture, but mine was a conversion, and I ended up having a couple of different brands on mine. I ended up buying a controller/display/throttle set and that works fine so far.
