Which LCD display for the KZQW22A3-BF-DC-005-SPEED_EU controller?

Hello, I need your help.

I own a FORIDE C1 city e-bike based on the controller: KZQW22A3-BF-DC-005-SPEED_EU (I assume it is a Tongsheng) + a BAFANG rear hub motor (H700?) RM G01A2.250.D 15 1. The original control unit is a simple LED display that ends with a green HIGO MALE plug (I can't even find such a display for sale online and it has no markings!).

And now the heart of the matter - what mono/color display can be used that will work with this controller? I won't deny that I would like to slightly increase the top speed because it currently cuts out at 22km/h according to GPS - what "ConfigTool" can communicate with it? Or does it require a specialized converter and unavailable software? I can't find anything about this online...

Groetech.de (@crumly) offers this kind of controllers and suitable displays. They offer a service for setting individual parameters on the controller also.

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, the problem is more complex because I have to work with what I already have – the controller's shape and connectors are specifically adapted to the battery...
