This is another question for my diy project (https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=97736)

Since the battery case is too tight, if the cells are not put inside the cell holder, there will be more space for the BMS and wires. I saw a lot of people would glue the cells together if they are not using a cell holder. But if later a group or a few cells need to be replaced, then it will be quite difficult. I have a currently using battery pack (made by someone else) which is with cells not glued together. Therefore, I would like to not gluing the cells together. Please give me your comments if it is okay not to glue the cells together for my project.

I have the same case, and I was able to fit 13s5p (the full 65 cells) with the battery holders.
I also was able to fit bms and 2x2.5mm2 for both negative and positive leads.

It was a very tight fit, esecially at the connector in the bottom where it exits the case.

I later remowed the bms and the weak standard connector, and replaced it with andersson type connector and 6mm2 leads.

Here is a picture, I think it is when I removed the bms.

This is what it looks like now:

With hot glued connector and a computer connector for the balance leads. It sits where the on/off switch were in the case.
