Wires in the way for hall sensor

I’m installing hall sensors to this Ecooter E2 Max motor
Problem is one of the slots for the halls sensors is covered by wires
Is it possible to move the wires a little without shorting anything? Isn’t there a very thin coat on the wires that I might damage?

As long as you are gentle and do not scrape the wires on each other or anything else, you hsould be able to move them out of hte way with something that has no rough surfaces or sharp edges (wooden spoon, etc).
