Irony ?.... as you know .Gruber Motors entire shop and premises was completely destroyed by a Tesla battey fire.
Several Teslas, and that “Tzero” were reduced to ash.

It's called 'Learning the HARD WAY!

You missed a '

Thanks, gives a chance to piss off whomever that was because I FIXED it!

That give me the chance to do some rubbing it in the face of the goof who said her name is NOT Mary Ball. (It's not?)

Did you know that Molly is a nickname? Did you know that it's considered a nickname for one and only one woman's name? Not like, say, Wendy, who could be Gwendolyn, Winnifred, etc. Did you know my mother's nickname is Molly?

Not that it is impossible that someone might decide to start going by Molly without being named Mary, but I would be surprised at a Jewish woman going by Molly if she's not named Mary.

He lied to us. That Elon!

Lying by definition is a deliberate attempt at deception, of which there is no proof of in his statements.

YOU have never met Elon.

You're right. I misinterpreted your comment. I thought you were saying the guy presenting the specs in the video a lied to us, and then thought you were calling him an "Elon" as a an insult or derogatory term to describe his integrity or honesty. My mistake.

1 French fries
2.ice cream
3. doughnut
4. burger
good thing i never eat any of those  (past 2 years, BUT before i had ice cream and burgers all the time)
Interesting how frying makes Dr. Mcdougall #1 best food, a boiled or baked potato into the #1 worst.

I heard some fish & seafoods are toxic which makes it the worst foods.
As the headlines read "Farmed Norwegian Salmon World’s Most Toxic Food"

Are burgers not recommended for the Keto diet?
Depends on how the burger is made whether added bread into the patty or not. I bought some Sirloin burgers the other day, then theres Angus and a bunch of other varieties, cheese, jalapeno's added, tex mex etc. But yeah your right burgers from fast food joints are not healthy. I'd have to look at the packaging nutritional info for the frozen grocery store burgers.

Also remember that in the USA they are allowed to juice up their animals with certain concoctions of drugs to suit their outcome, where those same drugs are not allowed in Canada. There is a drug is help improve milk production, which is a common one and has made the investigative reports news rounds across Canada and USA. But there are surely drugs to help add weight.

Have you seen how chickens and turkeys are raised?
Morgan Spurlock did some good reporting on the major animal producers.
Super Size Me 2: Holy Chicken!

Now I did read on some conteversy on Morgan when he did the original McDonalds Super Size Me 2, reports of over eating. But what people do for buck eh!

Keto is a popular diet. even Walmart sells foods marked "keto" . It started out as an emergency "eat like this or die" diet for seriously ill patients. And it extends the lives of those people :thumb: BUT now it has morphed into another version of SAD. Standard American Diet. Which is high fat, low fruit, which causes heart disease and numerous other diseases.
If a person is young and healthy, slim, well, they can eat anything they want, until they get fat, or get health problems. There is a 20 yr old woman that pedals her bike 20,000 miles a year and all she eats on the road is peanut butter! 75% calories from FAT. she is slim and very healthy. she can eat anything she wants :bigthumb:
as for factory farms, they suck. in the 1960's i lived on a chicken farm. i would eat them, as we raised them from chicks and fed them real food, BUT i no longer eat any meat they sell today in the store. Junk food.

here is a fun fact that most people tend to forget: just because its popular does not mean its good, true or something you should do.

that applies to everything from diet, buying crappy kitchen tools from tv, religion, frocking sheep (looking at you Colorado) or jumping off a cliff just to name a couple random things.

it is NOT a usa list, they had things on it i never heard of. and it is just an opinion of people there.
i agree pizza is usually bad, but you can order it or make it with anything you want. :thumb: tomato sauce on quality dough is a fine place to start, imo.

I like the way you used "usually" bad because some pizza's can be quite healthy because like you said you can make it with anything you want. Thin crust Margherita pizza - Tomato sauce, Mozzarella, Olive oil, Basil leaves
List of types of pizzas a page scroll down - https://www.pizzarecipe.org/different-types-of-pizza/

WHO has the same fundamental misunderstanding of human metabolism and biology as most nutritional organizations do.

Comparing the SAD diet doesn't make a lick of sense considering that per the medical definition of a ketogenic diet, it's ~65% fat, 25% protein, 10% carbohydrates.. and SAD is something like 65% carbohydrates, 35% everything else.

I eat fruits occasionally on a keto diet but more for variety, as they generally have WAY less vitamins per gram of sugar than greens do. I eat more green veg on keto than most Americans do on SAD... for nutrients and variety.

He overate and consumed way too much sugar.. ended up getting the beginnings of fatty liver disease from fructose.
Unfortunately even young children are now getting that disease and it's progressing to levels where it looks like an alcoholic liver.

The connection between fructose and fatty liver was not made when he published his documentary. He just assumed he was eating too much meat.. as insisted by his then vegan girlfriend with no science background.

Tim Naughton's 'fat head' does a good job of debunking the entire documentary.
