They are clones of the Renesas (former NEC) 78K0R/Kx3 processors, I started to write an open source programmer software for these processors, as there are no free or cheap tools available, I was able to read and write blocks, but I stopped my activities quite fast, as I concentrated on STM processors then....

I solder wires from rxd txd and gnd and connected to cp210x programmer txd -> rxd rxd-> txd gnd->gnd ....serial terminal detectbthat rxd is broken when connect with engine on and i receive only 00000000 caracters on speed gear switch or acceleration or boot....

What do you expect? Normally the controller answers to a request of the display. If there is no display, the controller will send nothing. Perhaps a welcome message at startup. Have you tried different BAUD rates?
It seems there was no wire connected to rx / tx before, so maybe the firmware has no UART communication implemented at all...
What is your problem? What do you want to achieve?!
there is a quite long thread about "Greentime" controllers, that use this kind of MCU obviously

I am trying to find if i can increase real maximum speed....volta vt5 tricycle should go with real 45km/h but only 33km/h maximum .... with 3 speed gear and full throthle no speed limit....i dont have a screen with buttons...

There are reports about a parameter setting software, but obviously there is no working source for downloading.
You can translate the GUI from the photo in the thread.... But of course that doesn't help, as long as you get not hold of this parameter setting software. And even if you get it, you don't know, if your controller supports that...
