This exact same moped is parked at the city train transit parking lot.

I laughed at first, but I was interested so I wondered on over and took a look. It had a license plate and a army ammo box on the back. At first I thought it was electric because I did not see a chain from far away. Its interesting to see the drive mechanism, I think its a shaft.

I still laugh because that moped is so limited in where it can go. Cant take it on the train, nor put it on a bike rack on the bus. Not sure of the horsepower on that thing, but my bicycle has more power then that moped. Why waste money on registration, license plate, insurance, fuel, DOT helmet.

It is shaft drive, it is not a moped, which have pedals, it's a scooter. Also called the Yamahopper. I'd expect the actual performance at 1.6hp, which would top your bike. Used to have one, rode several others, it'll get up around 30mph. A great little cheap bike.
