Game on. Good to know that.

Cheaper and better than ordering from China and seems to be a good company to deal with.

I am new to this and bought one of the 48 volt 1000 watt system and so far seems to work good.

The wheel is out of line and a high spot on the tire, I emailed them about it and they sent me $20.00 Taking the wheel to a bike shop today to get it alined and that is what it will cost me to get it done.

If nothing else, much faster shipping to the USA compared to a similar kit shipped by boat from china. I haven't been mentioning them much lately since they were out of the kit everybody needs the most.

I've had this kit in my radar for some time. The thing that keeps stopping me is the lack of disk brake. Can someone give me the low down if it's possible to use disk brakes with this motor, and if so, where to get the parts/adapters necessary?

I have one of these kits. It is the 36V 800 watt version. I'm considering getting this 1000 watt 48V version. I didn't love the wheel build quality BUT for the price nothing comes closer to this and it takes a lot of abuse. ALso the freewheel it came with was noisy as hell!

I'm in the same boat regarding the disc brakes. I wanted to know what adapter to buy but they all seem expensive 50$+ if someone knows how to get them cheaper then by all means share.

I have the Kit with disk brakes on the rear. The motor is ready to accept adapter. A friend gave me his so I do not have the source for it. I'll text him and report back.

I researched disc brakes a while back and found Conhismotors had adapter kits for $25 for rear HBS motors.

Bike using the kit.

I don't use disc brakes, but these adapters might work and they are pretty cheap if all you need is the disc adapter.

Just got back from the bike shop and they only charged me $15.00 to aline the wheel, Now i have $5.00 toward a good tire. LOL

I agree about the cost and shipping time from China, That was the main reason I bought it from them.

Had it in about 4 day's not 5-6 weeks

And at least they do answer Emails and try to do the right thing.

I just bought this kit from ebay as it was $40 less without the shipping and $5 dollars cheaper.

Is the ebay listing the same people from yescomusa?

Anyway, how is the drag of this motor? Do you feel it much when you pedal?

Kits from yescomusa. com are sold on ebay by user yescomusa, xcceries, and apluschoice. They are all from yescomusa.com, and will have this location.
Item location: City of Industry, CA, United States

how much power can you pump through this motor before it starts getting REALLY hot and damage it? I am thinking about upgrading my 48v controller to a 60v controller and I am not sure how my 1000w conhis motor will respond...any input guys?

I have been running 24s3p on an EV Global Ebike for the last 2 weeks in the South Florida heat. It has been my daily commute of 14 miles a day. I have a Lyen 12 fet and CA DP. I pull about 40 amps and at wot can hit 48 -53 mph in the bike lane . I usually average 35 MPH both ways and use about 5 -6 ah. I do not pedal at all. I am in dress clothes and dress shoes. I am friends with all the cops as I have done PC /IT work for all of them at one point in my 13 years in biz. They usually just tell me, nice bike, be careful and slow down. Before 24s I ran 14 and 20s for 5 months, same route, same average speed, just less top end.
