Hi , I have a collection of parts , a rolling chassis for a Zero MX , Alltrax controller and a lynch motor 8kw.
Can anyone help recommend a company to get sprockets from?
The motor had a massive 200mm fly wheel and taper lock fitted. It appears that I need to find someone who provides front sprocket blanks That can then have a key way cut. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Are there any MX owners who can advise, I cannot seem to find any wiring diagrams or decent workshop information.

Perhaps these are not the same model as yours, but I found them with "Zero MX wiring diagram"
https://www.google.com/search?&q=Zero+MX+wiring+diagram
https://www.google.com/search?&tbm=isch&q=Zero+MX+wiring+diagram
One place that comes up is this
https://zeromanual.com/wiki/Main_Page
that might have useful info.

Regarding sprockets, you'd need to look for ones that fit whatever shaft and keying method your specific motor has on it, or that have bolt patterns that will fit adapters that fit your shaft/key. This search
https://www.google.com/search?&q=lynch+motor+sprocket&oq=lynch+motor+sprocket
finds a number of pages that seem relevant, but not knowing your motor's specifics, I didn't dig any deeper. There are also threads here on ES for various projects that have had sprockets made. This particular search isn't all that helpful because it just shows every post with "buy" and "sprocket" but it gives some ideas:

a similar one for "made" and "sprocket"

or one just for all the topics with sprocket in the title, some of which are relevant.

Before you go having parts made, etc., though, you should decide exactly what you want it to do for you, and then determine exactly what kind of current and voltage will be needed with that motor to give you what you want, with gearing that will give a chainline (or beltline) that will fit within the frame between motor and wheel, etc. And also how much range you want under what riding conditions using how much power, which will tell you if you can fit that much battery on that frame, or if you will need panniers or a trailer, etc. for what you're after.
