Zero SRS motorcycle with a low voltage battery - help!

Hello clever peeps
Ive just had a Zero SRTS MC dropped off in my workshop to play with. It was bought at auction and has never run. It was in receivership for so long the battery went LV and isn't waking up.
Anyone had this issue?
I plan on bypassing the Bms and charge it to a serviceable voltage but the big issue is how to wake up the Bms.
A new pack is about 10k Aussie cash, so if I can revive the battery there will be biscuits for all!
Has anyone had any experience with these?

Hey there buddy I got a similar situation and have gone down the diagnostic route. How far along are you? I see you’ve started this in March this year, I can PM you. Keen to see how far you’ve gone with this.

Im finding a bit tricky
