My 500w Bafang hub motor came with an 18 +/- 1A controller. I upgraded that to a 22 +/- 1A KT square wave controller. I am now looking at a KT sine wave controller rated at 24 +/- 1A. I assume this will be ok since my battery has a 30A BMS. I also have the option of sticking with a KT sine wave controller rated at 22 +/- 1A. Would I see any difference between the 22 vs the 24?

You may hear a difference, sine the sine wave controller will make the motor run quieter.
This is what I understand, and is the reason I want to do this. Since there is very little difference between a 22A and a 25A, I probably should just get which ever is least expensive.
