For controller ,I design a pcb for a 6 fet vesc,This uses IRS21867 gate drivers rather than the rather fragile DRV8302 driver IC,mosfet is powerful IPT007N06N stronger than IRF7530
Top speed 80kph

That's a very impressive sprocket on the rear wheel.
Do you mind if I ask where you got it? Is it 25H?

Yes,there are 25H 120t sprocket.
Making use of laser cutting. Need to grind bevels on the tooth tips.

VERY nice job. The biggest I could find for my new build was 80 tooth but I'm fitting it to my cranks so I'm hoping it will work.

Will you need to brace it against the spokes?
