Alien Power System Calibration sequence??

Can someone please explain in detail the calibration / arming sequence for Alien Power Systems ESCs?

I dont think I did mine right and it wont seem to let me re-do it.

i have never calibrated mine using any other form rather than my computer software and alien programming box,if you still can get it to work try downloading the alien power system software on your computer or buy a programming box,you can also contact bruno concerning your problem
