Countersunk M2 screw, Which size countersink drill bit?

Hey Guys,

I want to drill a tapered hole in plastic for M2 screws and I don't know which size of a countersink drill bit I need.
I read that the head of an M2 screw is somewhere around 3.4-3.8mm

Any ideas?

Depends on the angle of the screws you will be using.
Punch the 2mm hole then use a larger bit for countersinking.
Might re grind the large bit to match the angle on the screws.

The taper on standard hex countersunk screws is 90 degrees.
Any countersink 4mm or larger will do the job.
