Hello, I have a build thread here: 26" BMX DK Legend Build

It is my first time trying to build an ebike and I messed up.

I have a 26" BMX bike with 3/8" rear dropouts. The motor I ordered from Leafbike (even though I emailed to verify compatibility) came with a standard axle with 10mm flats.

I know nothing about fabrication or welding. I'm looking for two pieces of metal that I can bolt on to my dropouts to have a sturdy place to slide the wheel in. For now I just cut some washers to sit in the dropouts and I ordered two of the v7 Torque arms from ebikes.ca.

Bike: DK Legend 26

How the motor/axle sits in the dropouts.
