How to reverse BLDC that has an ESC

I have a 60v brushless 3 phase motor and I am trying to reverse the direction it spins. The motor has 3 phase wires coming out of it, red, yellow and black. It also has 5 small wires too that are bundled together that go to the ESC. The only one of those 5 wires that is color coded is the red one. The other 4 are just white wires. I have read that swapping wires will make the motor reverse, but which ones do i swap? Also, will I burn anything up if I swap the wrong wires?

I have an BLDC that I am trying to hook up to a water pump. I need to spin the motor in reverse for it to work.

Any of the blogs I am reading al talk about the Hall Sensor wires being color coded, mine are all white(4 of them) except fro the red. Can I just swap any 2 of the remaining 4 white wires and and try to spin motor without anything burning up? The 3 phase wires are red black and yellow.

This is not my forte so any guidance that I can comprehend is much appreciated.
