i have a shengyi motor with a stripped axel id like to replace, does anyone have a place that sells or has a burnt motor with a good axel they are willing to sell? based in NYC , pictured is the motor in question, its not a center split, but a cover plater split, no spokes had to be removed to take off the cover. thank you.

Replacing axles is no fun at all.

It’d be easier to file a flat section on the stripped side, and secure it via a clamping torque arm.

As long as your dropouts aren’t sprung outwards, requiring nuts on both sides to compress the assembly, the wheel will remain centred.
 
Can't tell for sure, but the axle appears welded to the stator support. If it is, you'll probably need a machine shop to replace it for you.

If it's pressed in and keyed, then you probably just need some form of hydraulic press or similar to get it out, if so you'll need to make or find a tube that can be used to press against the stator support's core right at the ring around the axle to compensate for the axle being pusehd out, or the support will deform.

If it just has c-clips holding it in, it's pretty easy to change.

Assuming 12mm, then re-thread it down to 7/16"
Assuming 10mm, then re-thread it down to 3/8"
If you do decide to do this, use grade 8 nut(s).
