Hello everyone,
my first post on here, altho I've been reading this forum for quite a while since I decided to go for electric bike conversion kit.

First post, first problem :(
I've ordered two 48V 20Ah LiFePO4 batteries from china, which should have the 6A charger included, but sadly I recieved only a battery and BMS.
As I've checked the battery, it has 52.6V at the moment, 16 wires leading to BMS, and on BMS is a sticker with 30A and 3.2V.
BMS is claimed as BMS Set 1.5C 1500W.

Does any of you have a reliable source where to buy a charger, preferably in Europe, and what kind of charger should I look for, 6A or less?

Best regards

It'll be expensive from Europe, and will be Chinese anyway, so you might as well buy direct from China. These ones are pretty good. You can adjust the voltage and current if you ever want to use it for a different battery. They will set it correctly for you. The correct charging is 54.75v at 4A, though a 5A one won't do it any harm:

Buy some other stuff while you're there so that the shipping cost is relatively less - or buy 2. 53 Euros for one; 86 Euros for 2

Yes I know, but the last experience with the batteries from China grounded me a bit.
I've been also looking at the store you provided the link (except I was looking at the 900W charger), and the shipping costs were the only problem which made me looking for more.

What about these two?
1. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/48v-6-Amp-Electric-Bicycle-Bike-Battery-Lithium-Li-ion-6A-Quick-charger-BPI004-/291220979708?pt=UK_Sound_Vision_Battery_Chargers&hash=item43ce1f7ffc - this is the charger which I should get in package, but I didnt.
2. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/48-Volt-2-5A-Electric-Scooter-PC-Plug-Charger-For-Lithium-Iron-Phosphate-Battery-/191233735350?pt=UK_Sporting_Goods_Scooters_LE&hash=item2c866b3ab6 - I'm interested in this one, because it has a hole, so I can mount a PC fan to keep it a bit cooler.

Would the second (2.5A) one be good to charge a 48V 20Ah lifepo4 battery? I assume it would take a bit longer than on 6A charger.
