How to calculate maximum battery discharge current/rate?

I am building a 72v (20s) lithium-ion battery. It will contain 420 Tesla 2170 (21700 series) cells, that are rated at 3.7v/4800mah each, wired 20s/21 sets parallel. I think it should have a total of 201.6ah capacity (420 cells@4800mah, does that sound correct?). Anyway, can anyone tell me what the max current discharge rate would be for this set up?
 
These cells are a bit of a mystery but test similar to the Samsung 50E2 by Mooch. A continuous rating of 10A and short peaks of 15A can be expected. Multiply that by 21 for your pack capability, assuming your BMS/collector busses/wires/connectors are up to the task.

The pack capacity would be 100.8 Ah (4.8 Ah x 21)

Thank you! I thought the battery Ah was way off. Originally, l came up with 100.6, but then my brain went haywire. l thought 201.6 was way off. So basically the Discharge current would be 210a, and 315a peak......correct?
