I don't think the qs138 90h has a great reduction, that motor is just 1:1. I intentionally went with the 70h for the gear reduction because everyone I've seen uses the 90h had a giant sprocket on the rear nearly the size of the wheel. Sp o was hoping to avoid doing that.
Those bars are pretty sweet, it looks like you can fold them back if you ever need to fit in a small space. I've been wanting to build a couple of small bikes to take with us in the motorhome when we travel, they would be perfect for getting them through the door. Plus they look good.
You should look into this company called
Dirt Legal, they can get any bike or off-road vehicle registered, plates and all. Different states have less strict laws so they register the vehicle in one of those states. Plus you never have to renew the plates. It is pretty expensive tho.
