I have recently finished converting a YZ85 to electric. However, I am having an issue achieving my goal of 70-75mph for a top speed. Im using the qs138 v3 70h motor and a 72530 controller. My battery is Amorge 72v 350a sustained and 450a peak. I am running a 17t front and 35t rear. This is the largest front sprocket and smallest rear sprocket that I could find online to fit the motor shaft and wheel hubs that I am running. When the bike is on the stand, the highest RPMs that I can hit is around 4700 according to the graph readout on the Fardriver app. I have read about field weakening, and that people are achieving nearly double the RPMs with this. I have played around with the settings on the app called "Weak Response" with values ranging from 1-7. I have tried all of these settings while the bike was on the stand and none of them seem to make any difference If anyone has any suggestions to try, that would be greatly appreciated.
my next question is regarding the "boost button. I have this hooked up to one of the momentary switches on my handlebars. The input also controls cruise control. The cruise control function does work, however, Im not getting any kind of noticeable "boost". Perhaps I'm not using this feature correctly?
