I have various 60v 1500w bldc controllers from china. They are used in city coco fat tyre scooters. They all have the same problem which is that the accelerator no longer functions. The bikes turn on and all other functions are working fine.
I have tested the mosftes and they are all good and don’t know what else it could be
Any help would be appreciated.

You can try measuring the voltages on the throttle wires when it's on. Measure against ground or battery negative. You should see 5v on one wire and the signal line should go from about 1v to 4v as you advance the throttle. One wire is ground, so should read zero.

Thanks for the reply
I have tested that the accelerator is functioning.
F I don’t see the correct voltage would that indicate something with the accelerator or controller??

It could be either one.
Most controllers will have several fault conditions that will disable the output. These include brake switches, battery voltage too high or too low, throttle signal out of range (most need to be 1-4v), invalid motor hall sensor signals, electronic lock enabled, etc. Some controllers will have a LED somewhere that will blink an error code telling you what fault is active. LED may be inside the controller. Controllers with a display will often display codes on the screen.
If the 5v supply for the throttle isn't 5v, it could indicate something on the 5v line shorted. The 5v may actually be more like 4.3v on some models.

That’s awesome advice
The controllers do have a brake lock function is there any way to disable it from the circuit board??
Unfortunately there are no LEDs or a screen

You'll need to be specific as to which functions are working, since we don't know what other functions they have.

You've said in the first post that the "accelerator" no longer functions, but then you later say that they do
I have tested that the accelerator is functioning.

So you'll need to explain what exactly you mean.

Once you've explained what the actual problem is, and what things are actually working, and what was done to test those functions, we can start trying to find out what *isn't* working and why.

Thanks for the reply sorry I wasn’t so clear on what is was saying
The actual accelerators meaning the twist grip is functional as I have tested it on another bike ant it works fine it’s the accelerator function on the controller that does not work. It seems like it could be a brake look malfunction if that is possible
