I can put any hub motor you want in there, including the mp3. I choose the smartpie for its built in controller and lighter weight than the mp3. I have a 9C 2807 I would like to try out in one of my frames, it has far more torque, but its a bit heavier than the smaller smartpie...

Thanks beast, its scalable so your right, it could be adapted to different size bikes with different length tubes. I'm gonna focus on this one for now, but down the road that would be cool to do.

Thanks Geeeyjo, There are 78 cells in the frame = 17.4 AH battery pack. There are 10 frames being made. All anodized, not sure on final colors yet, but here is one example.

yup, i will post more pics, but yes the frame incorporates your batteries as well as providing structural support. I guess you could even add batteries on a rack, water bottle holder, or anywhere else if you wanted to have crazy amounts of power and longevity. Thats the beauty of this, you can...
