    Electric Harley.

Looks cool, not bad as a prototype (not considering the useless range), fair play to Harley - last company i would have expected this from. http://www.pistonheads.com/features/ph-ph2/harley-davidson-project-livewire-ph2-review/32181

    Gradual, smooth, progressive throttle? HOW??

Wow, this sounds ace Tek. I have already have a three speed switch, but the progressive power roll on advanced modulation stuff sounds like the business. Would be interested to learn a bit more about this, will certainly pay the grin cyclery a visit though.

    Gradual, smooth, progressive throttle? HOW??

Hey guys, I've just got my MAC 12T running on 40a and its a bit fruity, I have wheelied off the back twice today and need a little more throttle modulation....and maybe some more skill as well. Did anyone find a solution to this issue? The standard Mac throttle I have is pretty much on / off...

Can I use my Crystalyte controller with a MAC motor?

I'm sure this has been asked before but I'm searching to no avail..... Crystalyte 72Volt 45A digital sensorless controller CT-S-72V45A-R for brushless HS3540. I want to buy a MAC 10T and use this controller if possible. Can anyone give me a firm yes, and if so some wiring guidance? Much...

    Best smallish high torque motor

Guys this is all good, thanks for the ideas. Ideally id like to go with a mid mount as this will be a proper trail bike and i want to keep the unsprung weight down but i've not seen a decent retro fit kit yet. Hydro - what are the Mini monsters like? I considered buying a Lyen controller for...

    Best smallish high torque motor

Hi guys, So, collective wisdom, what is the best smallish motor for a high torque setup? Im not too worried about top end (25 would be cool) but i want power wheelies. Clearly if i buy a gargantuan DD hub and throw 100's of amps at it then I will have a high torque beast, but i want to try...

Specialized Big Hit FSR with midmount

Just stumbled across this thread and I'm blown away. I didn't have the skills or the balls to consider chopping my big hit, hats off to you for doing a proper job. Did you heat treat the frame after welding or just go as is? Massive respect for a professional build, you are a very talented...

Off road trail Ebike + home-to-work ebike: need some help

This is what you want: http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=32754 unless you are riding in the desert i wouldn't worry about overheating, I have hacked the big hit all over my local trails and its never had a problem, in fact its usually me that overheats not the motor! I'd...

    Anyone know Solid Works?

Nice first foray into solid modelling! Get some assemblies done and have a go at rendering some stuff - BLING! I use Solid Edge for my job - design bits for planes, but i've always wanted to have a go at Works, where did you find a copy if you don't mind me asking? :-)

Custom Full Suspension Flatbar Road bike build

That is a quality build.....hats off to you, very nice indeed! I'm thinking of doing something similar, maybe based on a full sus 29er or a full sus road bike (if they make them?) Perhaps a Moulton would be sweet....anyone done a Moulton conversion yet? I love reading about quality builds like...
