sounds like a loose connection in your pack, or maybe a bad fuse holder that makes sparks... if you have warranty, send it to luna

the controller isn't getting too hot, i guess its just the fact that its solder and its not conducting too well by itself (i think?) so it heats more than the other parts in the controller its like the soft spot of the controller, a shunt full of solder, maybe i could just replace the shunt with...
