Hello there, I have a Problem with this kind of batteries.. I was fool enough not to charge a 48v/12ah one for 2-3 months because of a really important personal issue.. Is my battery ruined? How do I measure the ah of a battery?

Thanks! Potentially this is the battery: http://www.bmsbattery.com/48v/129-48v-10ah-lithium-ion-alloy-shell-ebike-battery-pack.html Or the 12 ah version.... So if it passes successfully the 11ah margin then I will cut it off and figure that this is the 12 ah one... PS: I am impressed with...

They claim to be manufacturers... Whatever, about the support issues I am aware of it regarding retail customers, that is why I think I will succeed, if they had those prices and good support everyone would buy from them! Creating a kit using cute motors, any recommendations?

Hi there to all! Seeing that in my country we are completely clueless about ebikes and given that the biggest problem my people see in ebike kits is the cost, I am planning on creating my own brand of budget electric bicycle kits using ecitypower as my supplier. Those guys are the ones from...

    Karl's Business Question Thread

Hey Karl, we are in a similar situation here! I am thinking on creating my own ebike kit brand here in Greece.. I was thinking to start with budget kits though with BMS battery(Ecitypower) components. Where do you plan to supply the battery from? Will you create your own battery and controller...

Folding bike for mild downhill project??

What about the motor? Can a hub motor handle the stress and possibly a rock or smt hitting it? Maybe a crystalate should be more appropriate ?

Help a DIY newbie - is it safe to spread the forks?

Well you are absolutely right about this but weighting things I will go for it! 1) It is a very expensive Dahon, 2) this make has no known problems with the welds 3)I am willing to do it proffesionally. 4) we are talking for 9mm here and a lot of people attracted their Dahon fork 26mm (!)...
