    Really really love my ebike

Hi fellow ebikers! This is just a love declaration to a newfound way of transportation. My ebike is now finnished consisting of a kit bought from cell_man (48V 10ah, direct drive) put on a scott mtb. It does about 50 km/h and reach aprox. 30 km. It is ugly as sin, but still puts the ebike-grin...

    Troubleshooting assembly

Thanks for replying! I've checked the response from the sensors and one seems to been dead. How can I confirm that it's the sensor and not just some cable error. Is there an easy way to open it?

    Another carcrash.

Hi! Just another carcrash. He (the driver) decided to stop right in front of me with his nose taking up the entire bicycle lane. All I had to do was to practice some jiujutsu falling teqnicue on his hood. I got away with a couple of bruces, but the ebike is in need of repair. Anyway, just...

What did you do to your ebike today?

Unpacked a neat little package from cell_man with my first ever purchased hubmotor with controller this morning. Now sitting at work just wanting to get home and build that thing! No polarbears on the street as of yet, so the roads should be pretty safe.

A kit for commuting with 'future proofing' in mind

Aweswome Tuna! Let´s us all hope the customs arn´t looking. Have actually managed to try an ebike with backpack the other day. A friend of mine got his kit a year ago. It was a lot better than I thought. As long as I´m using anderson-connections, a backpack is fine. At least for now. Also, it...

A kit for commuting with 'future proofing' in mind

Hey hoe! Kit is on it´s way and battery being assembled. Now, for the housing of the battery. Been checking around and saw loads of nice setups using fibreglass. Looks nice, but here in Sweden they are prown to steel batteries sitting on the bike. As for easy dissmounting of the battery...

    Dismounting bicycle

Hello fellow ebikers! Treated myself with an early christmaspresent and ordered a MXUS-kit from cell_man. Obviously, I want to make my bike pretty for the conversion and so I dicided to give it a repaint. Now trying to disasemble my frame I´ve run into some trouble. My fork is mounted in a...

A kit for commuting with 'future proofing' in mind

Awesome, cell_man is back in operation! Guess he´s got a lot of correspondence to do, so I´ll stick my question here. Is the 9 fet infineon controller that cell_man is selling able to connect to a computer for easy manipulation of parameters? Searched and havn´t found.

A kit for commuting with 'future proofing' in mind

Well look at that, another I hadn´t thought of. Thanks a bunch! A thought. A DD motor produces a slight resistance when unpowered, so it´s not really a good motor if you want to use the ebike as a hbike (human powered). Some times you might be forced to do so though, for example if the temp...

A kit for commuting with 'future proofing' in mind

Sweet thing finding this thread. You and me are after the exact same thing, tuna. Now all I have to do is sit back, read, order and outrun the "pacific blue"-cops of Gothenburg. Thanx dogman for excellent advice!
