Your saying the parallel power lead and parallel balance lead will be ok? I'm guessing I will need to charge the batteries separately every once in a while to keep the cells properly balanced. With a parallel balance lead 2 cells are being charged as one and may not get perfectly balanced.

I'm trying smooth out acceleration and bring my speed down to around 20mph. On stock esc settings this board has no problem going 30mph and its hairy at those speeds.
6s fvt 120a esc. Pediglide hubs.
Currently my settings are
Motor timing: high
Acceleration: low
Brake force: 60%
Drag brake: 0%...
How's the clearence from the motor to the deck when you lean in for a sharp turn? I ask because I was originally looking for a drop through setup like this but couldn't find anything that gave sufficient clearance with these hubs.
That's cool!
I can't wait to find a replacement for my big ugly gt2b.
Transmitter needs to be compact and polished so it doesn't look like a DIY project (think'n about cops)
...take the steering wheel off and cover it with a Torqueboards sticker?
I might buy that.
wanted to know the legality of these e boards and found this.
the guy at the CHP office said the only way we could be legal is if we changed the board in some way where you could call it somthing else other than what is defined as a skate board.
This code was adopted earlier this year.
any work...
If/when I get an on/off switch I'd like to not manually disconnect my battery's at all. Rather have a charge lead come out of the inclosure. Originally I figured I could run my batteries parallel with an additional parallel lead and parallel balance lead coming out of the enclosure. After all...
I just got the power supply working last night. Just needed a few pc power supply conversion YouTube videos.
Admittedly this power supply does seem a little sketchy and I still don't know how I'm going to get both batteries charged at once.
Oh Snap! Just took her for a ride. Way more power than I had anticipated.
This afternoon I butterflyed the battery and stuffed it all in the enclosure. All I did was connect the battery to the esc to the motors. Made an access door (1.25"x2.5") in the middle of the enclosure to plug and unplug...
i got the batteries, esc's and motors connected. all appears to be ok. wiring from esc to motor appears to give 2 correct wiring configurations. Went through the program card settings but left it as is. anything in the program settings i should change?
earlier this week i took a pc power supply...
If I used that switch I'm assuming I would need 2 or could I wire both blacks in there?
I tried connecting the motor and power to the esc. the light came on solid on channel 2. i tried all 6 wire configurations from motor to esc and did the trigger and wheel on the transmitter but got nothing...
I just got back from the local hobby RC shop and the guy there put female t plugs on my batteries. told me all i gotta do is plug the battery into the speed controller. he sold me a speed control wire splitter, so I can have both esc's plug into chanel 2 of the receiver.
There will be no charge...
-Power supply is on its way back. I have an icharger but need a power supply with a power cord. Would be nice if the HK 350w came with one! Thinking of ordering the thunder AC6 (and trying to sell the icharger) however non of the connections look familiar. What kind of adapter would i need to...
This project is proving to be a little more challenging than anticipated. (Maybe I'm not reading enough)
The HK350 I ordered has arrived and there is no 110v power plug. It does have an input for a 220v but no cord. I have a 240v plug in the garage that I guess I could use but still need a cord...
