Hi, I recently noticed vibration from rear wheel.
When I lift wheel and slowly move motor with throttle it starts vibrate. When motor spin fast it vibrates whole bike.

I made video. You can see freewheel floats little.
I think there might be something bent. When I first got bike it arrived with totaly bent derailleur guard so something must happend.

When I ride bike it's not noticable but I hear tinkling disc brake rotor but I don't know if it has anything to do with it.

I can see the freewheel wobble, The more common cause, and I've seen it on my bikes, is a badly machined freewheel that has its mounting threads off axis. This won't cause wheel shake,

I don't see the wheel wobbling in your video, but if you say it is shaking, then OK. That could be unbalanced tire or the rim is not true, Tape a piece of cardboard to the frame so it just touches the wheel rim. Then spin the wheel slowly to see if it spins true from side-to-side and also in/out. Can't see any movement in your video, but if there is a small amount, you can adjust that easily with spoke tensions. Look it up on youtube.

Most likely, bad idea to put anything into the tube beside air...
