Hello guys, its Dui ni shuo de dui
I've been locked out of my account for a week. Tried to recover it but no success because the email address I used at the time to register is not in service anymore.
Also tried to contact the staff through the help form, but got no answer.
So the only think I could think of before giving up was to create another account and post a request for help here.
Could some admin PM me so we could try and solve this issue with another email adress? Or just unlock my account directly?
I supposed this happenend because I'm using a VPN, but I don't know. We kinda have to use a VPN to access western internet from china so that would be very annoying if this was not an option anymore.
