Hello everyone, I just hooked up my controller, battery, and motor for the first time today and I'm getting a "10. Phase zero error". I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before and might have a solution to try. This is my first build, and first experience using an electric controller. I'm not getting any throttle response, and showing zero phase amps on the graph screen. The controller is sounding off 10 consecutive beeps in a row also indicating a #10 error. However, when I looked up this error in the controller manual there is no information for troubleshooting. I have included a few photos of the graph screen and how I have the wiring harness connected in case someone sees something I have connected wrong.

Never heard of this before.
Could be a calibration issue for the phase current sensors.

I would contact the seller.

Hi Dominik, Thanks for the feedback. I emailed the seller last night and they asked for some pictures of how I have it wired and screenshots of the programming. However, they still haven't offered any solutions or suggestions. I have a 2-day window left to return it so I fall within eBay's 30-day window. So if I don't get it figured out before the 7th I'm just going to send it back.
