    Hey, that is how we shape our rollcage hoops. Except we use the base of the pedastal drill in the engineering workshop when no one is looking :roll: Have also used a 16" rim when I was using aluminium rollcages or small diameter CrMo tubing.

    Are set screws dangerous?

    If you have enough thread, use two set screws. Screw the first one down so it is tight on the shaft as per usual. The screw the second one down on top of the first. Kinda like using using a lock nut. Will never come undone but may have to use to short set screws.

    I have a 406 with a 10 speed cassette and disc brake mount which a bought from http://greenspeed.com.au. We use their wheels on our race trikes without problems. They have dealers in the US so maybe contact them.

    Looked a little twitchy on the run just before the last donnut. Looked like Matt ran through a slight hole in the tarmac and it got a little light in the rear. Nothing dangerous, but noticable to me from runing race trikes for 7 years. IMO, more weight in the rear would make it more stable...
