    Ya I am gonna check everything and clean it out. The really good news is I found out today one of my knuckles has 2 fractures in it. For those that think there is a difference, a fracture and a brake are the same thing. Fracture is just the technical word we have to use in a hospital.

    I used a multi meter and made sure I had power to throttle and ebrake. then I checked the positive on the hall sensor and the negative on the ebrake and I had voltage. I just ran a wire from my negative pole of my ebrake plug (not using ebrake my motorcycle doesnt have one) to the negative wire...

    well even with the broken wire (yellow hall wire) wired direct I still get nothing but a single solitary click when I press the throttle. Edit: ok dumb question do I have to have an ebrake hooked up?

    Well my ping battery should be here today, spacers later this week hopefully. So I'll find out soon enough if this whole setup will work or not. Thanks for the idea on the brake washers, will give that a try if the spacers arent enough.

    Well bike has been sitting in my shed for probably 10 years. Never been wrecked. The factory wheel was lined up perfectly. The 9C hub motor is not. it is off to the left side of the axle to far I believe. Frame is Cromoly. Shrug. I think I will try the spacers and hope for the best.

    Ok first problem is this, when I put the freewheel on my 9c hub as soon as I feel resistance to hand tightening the back of the freewheel is already sitting on the edge of the hub. Meaning it is tightening down and wont spin as a freewheel. Is there supposed to be a spacer in there or something...
