ecrazyman 72V 45A - can it be programmed?

OK, success, I used Zombies software and connected sk2 to tx as in gwhy!'s picture http://www.endless-sphere.com/forums/download/file.php?id=103777 and it works. Thanks a lot

ecrazyman 72V 45A - can it be programmed?

OK, I have connected the yellow wire and the white wire. now, when I press apply on the xpd it says "Upload failed: invalid reply byte XX, XX is changing every time I do this.

ecrazyman 72V 45A - can it be programmed?

reading your thread it seems I too am using the wrong pin for the yellow wire.

ecrazyman 72V 45A - can it be programmed?

Thanks for answering so fast, I don't think I have the new version of the controller, its actually an old one: I will try your suggestion when I am back home. here are some pics:

ecrazyman 72V 45A - can it be programmed?

Hi, I have an ecrazyman 12 FET controller. the board is EB312-AS-2. I tried programming it with a LYEN programmer and XPD, but it just sits at "waiting for controller ready". The chip is GPM8F3108A-QL011. Did anyone program those?

    Cyclone cutting out

It could be one of the following: 1. Battery voltage is dropping when you accelerate - you are using 12S? what is the cutoff V of your controller? if its a 48V controller you may have a problem here... 2. Try playing with the black connector (7 pin) from the motor to the controller - if the...

    Cyclone cutting out

Are you using the original cyclone throttle? if so, what do the leds show when the controller cuts?

Weird issue with motor going too fast FIXED!!!

Do you have a sensorless controller? this can give you a lot of extra knowledge on the problem. I had the same problem - my controller is a e-citypower sensored + sensorless controller, I disconnected the hall sensors and found out (as other members mentioned) it was going the wrong way...

    New "Hybrid Super-capacitor LiFePo4" cells

Thanks for the warning Flathill, I may be naive, I still believe Wang is OK, but I Don't really know. I guess one can call the factory and authenticate Wang.... Anyway I guess its good to be a little paranoid :D

    Dahon Speed D7

I mean the hub diameter between spoke holes ("d" in the picture)

    Dahon Speed D7

I don't have its specs, just what's written on it: 24V200 and what I was told when I bought it. It weights 3Kg, I guess these motors are rated just to pass regulations. The motor spoke holes diameter is 130mm is that your size?

    Dahon Speed D7

The power @ 50km/h is arround 1000W (I am not pedaling), I weight 87Kg and I am taking my son with me in the mornings - he weights about 15Kg, it does not affect much, but I am not going 50 with him on. I bought the motor from a local importer in Israel, so I can'y say which brand it is - see...

    Dahon Speed D7

I am going 50 km/h on a 200W rear geared hub, 12S Lipo, folding bike with rear suspension, the motor does'nt get hot, only slightlly worm, I tried putting the controller inside the battery bag, but it got really hot after a hard ride (a 450W 9 FET controller from bmsbattery, 22A limited), so I...

    New "Hybrid Super-capacitor LiFePo4" cells

I have to disagree, The reason I posted this post is because I experienced better performance (less voltage sag) with these cells than with other LiFePo4 cells (Headway, PSI). I have just finished discharging @ 20A (2C) and here are the numbers: Ah out Total V 0Ah...

    New "Hybrid Super-capacitor LiFePo4" cells

Test results @~0.75C made a 4S pack and discharged till lowest cell had 2.5V - exactlly 10Ah I got 125.2Wh and 10.000Ah, this means the avg voltage @~7.5A is 12.52V (3.13V per cell). pictures attached:

    New "Hybrid Super-capacitor LiFePo4" cells

I can discharge @5A on the charger, My home built discharger is about 1.5 Ohm - I made it from an old heat blower connecting its resistant wire in parallel, leaving the blower motor to cool things when discharging. this way if I build a 4S pack from all 4 cells I have left I will be able to...

    New "Hybrid Super-capacitor LiFePo4" cells

These cells are soft packed, so its not such an impact resistant choice. I don't have any way to get a graph of the discharge - I have a wattsup so I can inspect the voltage/Amps during the discharge, I also like to calculate the nominal voltage at a given discharge rate by dividing total...

    New "Hybrid Super-capacitor LiFePo4" cells

Hey Flathill, take a look at my posts from the last year I am a member here. don't be paranoid  I gave the answers I got from Wang here, its only logical you will get the same answers... Its good to be carefull, but instead of testing the cells I have to defend myself here, What ever!

    New "Hybrid Super-capacitor LiFePo4" cells

I paid 16USD per 10Ah, which is their price for all cells (1.6USD/Ah). shipping to Israel (where I live) was the usual express rates you pay - no special charges, BTW they don't accept PayPal, only bank transfers. I sold the pack after 2 months of testing on my bicycle because I am a Lipo...

    New "Hybrid Super-capacitor LiFePo4" cells

Hi, I am learning a lot from this forum and would like to share a new cell I came across. The company is a Chinese company (surprise!) named cyliyuan. http://www.cyliyuan.com/en/index.asp They also sell super capacitors. I got samples of their 10Ah cells and tested the cells as a 48V (16S)...

DIY Battery Upgrades for Goped ESRs

I expected better from goped! 1. I think its very very dangerous to have exposed (male) connectors on the battery side, its really basic. 2. Another problem I can see with this setup is not having LVC per cell. 3. The use of DB8 is not the best choice here - once the cells voltage diff (I think...

    Mounting Turnigy Watt Meter

If your amp reading is flying there - you probablly just need to solder your shunt wires again, take a good look at the shunt's pad. When the shunt is soldered on the board the shunt connects the big wire pads with the small pad - you need to connect the two with soldering iron. left side...

    Lipo BMS

I was thinking of using a low current BMS in my high power setup by bypassing the BMS's discharge FETS to the controller, however taking a wire from the BMS output and feeding the on/off switch with it - this way when the BMS cuts off the controller will think someone had clesed the switch...

    Mounting Turnigy Watt Meter

this is why you did not get current readings, the high end of the shunt wire should touch the little square pad

    Controller Question For Electrical Gurus

You said both your motors are the same, and both are connected to the same rear wheel, they will pull approx the same power. You really should parallel them and use 24V, have you tried using both controller with the same throttle when only one controller feeds the +5V (red) of the throttle?
