    I said 11g at first, but now im convinced to used 12g. But its going to be stainless for the time being. Im betting the rim walls can take it, but im not sure about hub motor ring. I ll take its going to have a better survivability than using 36 8g spokes.

    After reading what all you guys said about racial lacing... Using Justin calculator, 72h single cross should be doable... spoke angles are pretty close to what I had using a cromotor in a 17" rim with 36 spokes. Btw, Today I found 17" 1.85 and 2.15 72h alloy rims made in Brazil, so no need...

    17" one failed just riding at 40-60kmh. I was dialing Max-e controller and started to hear a metal noise... It was 3 spokes hitting the rim wall. 18" had a somehow better angle but failed when I went from the sidewalk to the road, 10cm jump. Im pretty sure its not going to handle Sao Paulo bumps...

    19" should be doable... spoke angles would be close to a 205 in a 17" wheel. I did not go for a 19" for 3 reasons. - Hubmotor kV is high so you should use the smallest possible rim. - Using a 19" in the back would force me to use at least a 19" in the front and that would make my dual disks...

    Not quite... I had a 17" and 18" rim failing on me because the spoke angles are too extreme. Neeples do not seat properly (angles are around 50-55degrees) and rips thru the rim wall.     80mm but shorter would be better for a 17" rim. Shoulda fit a 18" rim nicely.

    Small update... 4 Spoke nipples with washers went thru the rim when I doing one my first riding tests (50-60kmh) due to extreme lacing angle. I ll try to lace a 18" rim next week to see if the angle gets any better (was using a 17" rim).

    Video ll take awhile... Im still having a hard time with Adaptto. I do get over 150kmh no load in the bench, but when I try to ride it gets the controller in protected mode like a maniac. Will reset the controller again and fiddle with phase wires and all the settings to see if i can make it run...

    I ll do soon... wheel is not true, need to mess with it later. Spokes are stainless steel 80.5mm, rim is a 17" 1.85 Brakes are no good for over 60km/h atm... Placed and order for 3 203mm hope floating rotors.

    Running 20s lipo. Temps are usually under 45 degrees celcius. I ll do some more tests soon, there are a lot of parameters to mess with. :)

Anything over 200a phase or PWR timing over +0.51 gets in protected mode even at low speed partial throttle. If I keep mild settings im able to get to 60kmh before the power cuts but the aceleration is...
