    Think out of the box. Mount the motor in a front fork and attach paddles to the spoke flanges. Make it a paddlewheeler. Heck mount two with one on each side.

    Very Nice! However, I would be concerned with failure of the carbon seatpost. Several frames of this type have had failures in the seatpost clamp area if there is too short a section of the seatpost remaining inside the frame. Street tires will make a major difference in handling.

    You might want to try moving the supports to a point lower on the seatstays or even on the dropouts. The seatstay tubes will flex under load and the longer stance will help with side sway.

    Torque Arm stripping a Steel frame?

    Beautiful Bike! Maybe you could weld a bit of steel to the derailleur hanger to close it. The torque stress would then be transferred to the bottom of the dropout where it is strongest.

    I built this one this summer as a demonsrator in addition to muy own full suspension mountain bike. A neighborhood lady bought it before I got it finished. She ride it to work and home for lunch every day, weather permitting. On my test and checking rides it was very nice.
