    I’m asking too many questions I know, but now I’m getting my head around this a lot more. If I enable street mode at start up so it all looks legit and keeps to speed limit is it ok to turn street mode off and select another mode whilst still pedalling?

    I’m not quite with you Elinx on the first and second tab bit. The second tab has the settings for all the modes so will it select the one that says enable on start up

    Thanks a million mbrusa and Elinx my issue about not being able to change modes on my VLCD6 it was all to do with set parameters at start up not checked (I just kept at default) I thought it was to change the values of the parameters. So that’s all sorted now. I find it quite easy really and...

    Rainer or TR8 has solved my problem. I couldn’t wait till tomorrow to try the old firmware again so just flashed again only using torque mode like he said. The 20.1c firmware which I had originally used only in Hybrid mode. I used the values that I think suit me at 20,50,80,120 I’m happy now...

    :bigthumb: I’ve tried long press, short press the lot. I’m obviously doing wrong somehow. Wish I could see a video of someone operating a VLCD6. If I can sort the spinning motor out with barely pedalling and no resistance I’m sorted.
