So I had a 10inch hub motor on which you directly install tubeless tyre. I drilled holes into it and made it 17inch using spokes. I want to make it back to 10inch by removing spokes. But I can't fit tyre on it cause of the holes. Is there any other way to make it back to 10inch? Or I have a second hub motor which doesn't work lying around. Can I remove the motor from this casing and put it into the other casing ?

The first image was how it was. You just put tyres directly on it. And the second one is how I made it . Any way to put I back. The problem is because of the holes of the spokes

Filling the holes with a high strength epoxy might work. Vibration can cause problem, unbalanced wheel, shock induced vibrations, etc. Lining rim with a tube protector and using a tube in tire is another possibility.
