14s LIPO BMS?

So I took advantage of the sale on the 4s 16000mah lipos from hobbyking. I bought 7 of them. $380 for 1.6 KWH !!!! I will be splitting one pack and resoldering to make 2 2s packs. Once wired I should have a 14s 30ah battery. Great. Now here's the thing. Charging is a pain in the butt already with the 2 6s 16000mah packs I have been using. I have quite a few RC lipo chargers even a 200 watt model. It's still pretty slow and I don't like switching the packs. I can parallel charge but my god the charge times get stupid and I would prefer not to have to switch series to parallel connectors around just for convenience. I vastly prefer the way I charge my 18650 pack. I have a 5amp 14s Lipo charger. This will allow me to charge my 30ah pack in a much more reasonable period of time and wont require pack switching. I just need a BMS for the job. For the life of me after doing a decent amount of searching here, I can't find any real links to actual reputable vendors selling BMSs other than BESTech (spelling?) I really dont want to deal with email ordering and 2 quantity minimum. Where else can I find a suitable BMS? I am going to be using up to 40amps in the future but I don't really care about current protection, I would feel comfortable bypassing all discharge protections, I am already very experienced with this from the RC hobby and feel comfortable monitoring cell voltages. I wouldn't mind a BMS where I don't need to bypass it for discharge but if I can save alot with a smaller model, that would be helpful. I really just want a bms that will let me hook up my 48v charger, keep any single cell from overcharging, and do a little balancing.

Can anyone point me out where to get what I need or offer advice?

I'm starting to think I may just save up for a 14s lipo charger. http://www.amazon.com/Thunder-Power-RC-TP1430C-Multi-Chemistry/product-reviews/B00681QVOY/ref=cm_cr_dp_see_all_btm?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1&sortBy=recent. This meets all my requirements and allows me to continue charging in the way I am used to with the RC hobby and can be used on any other pack I make. I wont even need a BMS on my 18650 builds with this.

Okay, It's done. I bought it. I am really excited about this. I will need a bigger power supply soon, my current one only does 260w.

Can you do a good review on this unit, i am building a 18650 pack from old laptop cells i salvaged and i bought 2 of the 7s $6 BMS circuits off ebay, i was planning on running both, each one charging half of the battery.. this would make for an awesome charger in the future if these dont work out.

I just bought the exact same batteries for the same price 8) I built mine into two separate 12s 16000 mah packs so I can use them as 12s 32000mah or 24s 16000mah. I have a hyperion 14s balance charger, but rarely use it as I check balance of the pack and BULK charge it with pair HLG meanwells.
