I will be mounting a ping 2.5 48v 15A in a Hardigg iM2100 storm case mounted on the handlebarwith stabilization on the stem.

I'll probably use some U-bolt on the handlebar, d ring with tie down braket on case and some sort of hook to clip the case.
Use 3 U bolts, 2 on the fork tubes and one on the steering tube, and place some rubber spacers between the bag and tubes before tightening the U bolts. Then, use a 3 or 4in stem, so your handlebar is over the top of the battery bag. If the handlebar is about the middle top of the battery weight, you will feel very little weight in the steering.

Bike has been assembled and tested!

It works, EV grin! It's alive.

On my first run, I was able to get to 43km/h without pedaling. Street was short, bike is probably capable of more.

I have about 5 speed available.

I still need to make some finishing touches, such as arranging the wire and mud deflector. I also need to talk to security about bringing a black pelican case with some weight in my office!

I'll post picture in the next couple of weeks.

Too bad you don't have 200-210mm between the dropouts, because then you could use a high power scooter/motorcycle hubbie.

Yep, I have the same swingarm and managed to fit the 5304 with 9 speed freewheel. But I would gladly trade all those gears for a wider hub motor. I guess I'm an E-power addict.

Kafka, hurry up! We want to see it.
