I couldn't use one, but I've had a thing for the "Vespa-style" scooters for a long time (didn't hurt that they use one (not sure if it's a Vespa or a Lambretta or what) in one of my favorite shows "Haibane Renmei" Charcoal Feather Federation (TV Mini Series 2002)

(if I could use one without insurance/license/registration/etc I'd build a completely custom one "from scratch" in the style...but not an option here)

Ok so maybe I am lazy but it's so much easier to show than tell. So check out this video breakdown of my EV Vespa kit. I am able to bench-test using the back half of a VBB Vespa frame
This is actually a kit a sell now. Sent this one off to Vermont this last week!
