1974 Vespa 125 Primavera conversion, 5kw hub motor

The swing looks flimsy not being boxed up until the rear end. And the brake force on that small bolt will be far too great and cause it to fail. Not a good or sturdy design.
 
Update after nearly a year!

I took the above comments into consideration, consulted with others offline since nobody here commented, and decided the swingarm is strong enough as is, The angles on the pics I posted maybe make it seem more flimsy than it is, idk.

Anyway, I got this thing finished, registered, and on the road! It is scary powerful and I have had to fuss with the programming to try to rein it in a little. Lots of fun, haven't been able to ride it much lately since it's been rainy here. I can try and post some pics etc in the near future.

Очень маленькие зазоры между медными пластинами. Аккумулятор собран на круглых элементах, каждый элемент вставляю в специальную кассету. Чтобы не было контакта. Плюс на каждый элемент нанесена термоусадочная изоляция. А ваш аккумулятор не очень хорошо собран в плане изоляции. Посмотрите, как собираются автомобильные аккумуляторы. Там и двойная, и тройная изоляция, плюс системы охлаждения.Константин.
