On a cheap huffy brushless. The ignition switch has an ON and P and is broke. Do I have to have both at the same time or separate? Looks separate to me. Will add picture inna bit.

Yep, put them together, the smaller one is ignition and must be powered for the controller to run.

The only weirdness is the "P" on the keyswitch is after the "ON".

Off, then on,, then P?

In any case, jumper the switch and it will run.

I used to switch on a bike using a bread tie as a jumper on the plug that used to go to a switch.
