2 Seater Fat trike

Hello,

I am going to start a 2 seater fat trike build. I will need two rear wheels but I am having a hard time sourcing a cheaper set of fat tires.

Does anyone Know a place where I can get a complete rear fat tire , with or without the cassette. I was hoping to get them for under $100 each.

I am also in ontario canada.

Sounds awesome.

Cheap as trash tires are about $45 a piece, and another $15 for the tube. And you get what you pay for.
Trikes use a different hub style, so not many cheap rim/hub combos out there for fatbikes. How you design your rear end depends on what will work, but you can generally assemble a fatbike wheel for around $100 with cheap parts.

Where do you get your parts?

You might check with pedicab manufacturers and parts suppliers (there's a few in Austin, and others around the USA, and elsewhere around the world). They sometimes use wide / fat rear wheels when they don't have suspension.
