Hey all,
I'm new to the forum and decided to join because my Radburro trike is on the fritz and I'm pretty stumped. It all started during some wet weather back in the fall... the lights started turning on randomly then the whole thing stopped turning on. I messed with the wiring and thought I found a wiring break in the harness, which got the bike to turn on again but not for long. It started to cut out while driving and threw an "overvoltage" error on the lcd. After sitting for a few months I've decided to dive back into the project but i'm stuck. The wiring harness is a patchwork, the controls are in questionable condition, and it wont even turn on anymore (although it will charge just fine.)

I'm considering finding a replacement controller and getting a new harness which seems easier than troubleshooting at this point. Does anyone have any suggestions? Would it be difficult to find a controller that is compatible with this 48V, 750W+ system? I THINK the motor, controller and battery were designed in house by Rad. Would this cause any issues with finding an off-the-shelf replacement controller? What about the harness? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the help!
