24V/36V brushless Controller New unable to power up to 3 Phased motor
Issue:
As soon as wuxing throttle was connected to green, suspected a signal cabel, no voltage on the 3 phased cable .
Symtoms:
1. Battery supply 24V red connected yo Red cable ignition to power to the controller voltage such as hall, throttle, etc .[this confirm the red ignition rightly powered in order to power the board for 5V ]
2. However, i found the green is the throttle as measured no voltage.TS1 symbol written in board. Measured use multimeter, no voltage before connect it to wuxing throttle.
3. As throttle energize, It does not send any voltage to the 3 phased being measured with multimeter on green, yellow and blue motor phased.
Connection:
1. Red ignition red cable, power to main voltage
2. 3 phased motor wire was hooked with multimeters.
3. Throttled connected to 5V red and ground and signal to green TS1.
Any idea if TS1 is the throttled signal in controller, why no voltage on the 3 phased motor.
