24v controller wiring issue

Im looking for the throttle plug coming from scooter. The throttle plug on new controller is a 3 wire plug and the only plugs I have left coming from scooter are 2 2 wire plugs marked unknown in above pictures. Plus the plug with black and red wires coming from the motor along with the motor wires. I need to know which ones are the throttle wirres and what do I do about the third wire. The wire colors coming from new controller are black, red and blue. Any help would be appreciated.
The scooter is a BladeZ XTR-S 450w comp. As you can see from the old controller, its an older scooter.

Okay, The 2 plugs pictured above that is labeled "unknown" One is the throttle and one is the break. So now, My question is this. I have a 2 wire throttle coming out of the bike with red and white wires. I have a controller that is three wires which are red, black and blue wires. What goes where and what do I do about the controller having 3 wires.?
