Question: I ride on the street and on the beach not hills and trails, I am big 270Lb. I need a new front fork, spring not air and front wheel, bike 29”, 2.5” hook worm tires. I would like sealed bearing with a good axel. I have disk brakes. I am retired so money is an issue. Because I am remote I will have to order and have it shipped. Any advice would help. My Mt bike is 6 years old 1000 watt with 20 amp battery. Frame is good still for my riding.

I guess my first question is how is your front wheel mounted? 9mm QR, 15mm? The next is what kind of steering tube you have, 1 1/8", or tapered? There's an inexpensive Suntour that should accommodate a 29x2.5 tire, and the Rockshox Judy Silver, IIRC, should, too. But what you've got will determine what upgrades are available to you.

Thanks, Axle is small now but I hope to go up and more positive, Tube is straight 1 1/8" Hope to find a wheel with sealed bearings and not the ball bearing I have now. (sand rips them up). I want a simple fork as I ride mostly on the roads.

AFAICT you're limiting yourself by requiring a coil spring fork. Most hubs from reputable companies use sealed bearings, but not sure about Shimano. There are a couple of bike experts; if they reply, you'll get excellent answers.
