3 pin throttle help

I just received new controllers and pcb board for yume 11 plus. I got the scooter powered on. The throttle is not working its a 3 pin throttle. Im guessing requires low voltage they sent me the wrong relay but hopefully i can still make it work. Red positive -ground- white wire signal? Any idea waht the red and blue wire are exactly. Appreciate your help thank you
