38 mm 31 tooth hub gear needed

I have an older 350 watt rear hub with nylon gear failure. It is 31 tooth seems to be 38mm. Where can I get it. Tried the internet most are 36t

Good luck in your search for parts. Though an equivalent hubmotor doesn't cost all that much, probably close to what you'd end up paying for gears and bearings. Getting the motor installed in a decent wheel is a whole other issue.

I ran 1400 miles with this motor before the failure. I bought the wrong gears so I have contacted Shangyi. No response yet. It is a dgw07 clutch assembly.

There is another issue those gears are so chewed up that I can only guess at the size and teeth

Outside of a learning experience it's a question of how you want to spend your time and money. i.e. buy a new motor.

Past the too much time mark
And if I can't get parts then a new wheel

Got the gears from a China $9
Wheel back together. I will ride the bike short distance only.
